The participants Robert Tromop, Oleg Dzioubinski, the Energy Efficiency Programme Manager at the Sustainable Energy Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and Tim Farrell the Senior Advisor at the Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency and Chair of UNECE’s Group of Experts on Energy Efficiency, discussed policies and best practices in energy efficiency from around the globe. For countries starting to develop energy efficiency programs, the outlined policies offer guidance on what works and highlights challenges to take account of.
